Mortice-Latches

In Europe, mortice style latches with lever handles are far more common than US style deadbolts. Some of the Lockstate lever range will work with existing mortice latches which simplifies installation and means that you do not need to remove your existing latch. Generally for a latch to be compatible, it needs to be backset at least 50mm and be a Euro Din mortice. However there are so many different types of latch that it is impossible to determine compatibility without further details. We offer several compatible latches from Salto, Startec & Zoo.
