DELIVERY



All orders come with free UK shipping, goods are sent using next day courier, signature required. Order before 2pm for same day despatch. This is generally a next day delivery service under normal circumstances (unfortunately delays do happen from time to time, especially at Christmas) 


All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We feel by offering free delivery on all UK orders, this takes the frustration out of trying to figure out what the shipping cost is going to be when it comes time to pay at the checkout. No surprises, just the cost displayed for the products ordered. We generally do not use a tracked postage service, but we always take full responsibility for your order until it is safely in your hands. If your order is lost in transit, we will look into this for you and make sure you never lose out.


Please be aware of your countries import tariffs, as any import duty payable on your order will be your responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS


Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time before 3:00pm on weekdays. If we have already dispatched your order by the time you request a cancellation, you can either choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives with you or return to us for a full refund.

RETURNS 

30-day-returns – Here at smartLOCK we operate a no Quibble Returns Policy.

If you wish to return a product then you MUST first contact us by email, info@smartlock.co.uk  We will then give you a returns number. 

All products returned must be in the original packaging and not have any damage. Please pack carefully making sure there are no loose items in the box. You must include the Returns number with the product.  

If you simply changed your mind or you no longer require the product then you will need to send it back at your own cost. Make sure to use a signed service, we recommend using parcel2go.com . Once received we will check the returned item and if all is good we will process a refund, this can take 7 to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement.

If you believe the product to be faulty, then again you must contact us first. Most issues can be resolved. If the issue is not resolved then we will either send a spare replacement part or complete lock. If you decide that you no longer want the FAULTY product then we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return. Again you must include our RETURNS number. When we receive the product we will check it and then issue a refund. 

You automatically have a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases by law, where you can return a product in its original condition for a full refund. We go further, as we will accept all goods returned within 30 days. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging along with a copy receipt, or note with your details and cover return cost if the goods are not faulty. 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All products purchased through smartLOCK are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. We aim to buy the finest quality products available, and inspect them before dispatch, but sometimes things go wrong and our policy is to make sure you are happy about the money you have spent with.
